About the Position We are seeking a polished, personable, and creative Part-Time Luxury Sales & Social Media Associate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple luxury watch, jewelry, and watch-service environments within Brea Mall. The position combines luxury retail sales, customer service, social media content creation, and basic watch-service responsibilities . The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has an interest in luxury watches and jewelry, and is comfortable representing a premium brand in a professional retail environment. Responsibilities Luxury Retail Sales & Customer Experience Welcome customers and provide an exceptional, personalized shopping experience. Engage with customers and identify their needs, interests, and preferences. Present and sell luxury watches and fine jewelry. Develop product knowledge and confidently answer customer questions. Build relationships with clients and encourage repeat business. Assist with sales transactions and daily retail operations. Maintain a polished and welcoming environment across all locations. Social Media & Content Creation Create photo and video content featuring luxury watches, jewelry, new arrivals, and store experiences. Assist with Instagram posts, Stories, and Reels. Capture engaging product content that reflects the luxury image of the brands. Contribute creative ideas for social media and promotional content. Stay current with social media trends and identify opportunities for content. Watch Service & Repairs Learn basic watch-service procedures. Assist with watch battery replacement and repair intake after training. Help customers with service and repair requests. Work alongside the watch-service team at Time After Time when scheduled. Training will be provided; previous watch repair experience is not required. Store Operations Assist with merchandising, displays, inventory, and general store organization. Handle luxury merchandise responsibly and follow company procedures. Assist with maintaining professional presentation standards. Work between Luxury Lab, Swiss Watch Gallery, and Time After Time as needed. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with customers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional and polished appearance. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Interest in luxury watches, jewelry, fashion, or retail. Comfortable creating photos and videos for social media. Familiarity with Instagram and social media platforms. Previous retail, sales, luxury, jewelry, or social media experience is a plus. Willingness to learn about luxury watches, jewelry, and watch services. Ability to handle high-value merchandise with care. Weekend availability is a plus.
