This is a hands-on role involving bicycle, e-bike, and scooter repairs, builds, maintenance, service intake, and customer communication. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work and a smooth, professional service experience. Previous bicycle mechanic experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in bicycles and e-bikes. Responsibilities Perform bicycle, e-bike, and scooter repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, safety inspections, and assembly Assist with service intake, estimates, work orders, and customer updates Complete repairs safely, professionally, and within expected timelines Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service workspace Collaborate with the retail team and provide positive, professional customer service Qualifications Bicycle or e-bike repair experience is preferred but not required Mechanically inclined with an interest in bicycles and e-bikes Willingness to learn bicycle assembly, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair Dependable, organized, and committed to safe, high-quality work Friendly and professional when communicating with customers Has a positive attitude and thrives in a fast-paced growing business environment Able to lift and move bicycles and e-bikes Weekend availability is preferred This is an opportunity to join a growing local business, develop your skills, and help shape the future of our service department.
