In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and service a wide range of machinery and systems. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems using schematics, blueprints, and precision measuring instruments. Conduct equipment repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of manufacturing machinery. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage inventory. Operate and maintain specialized tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, low voltage testers, and welding equipment to execute repairs accurately. Diagnose electrical issues using electrical blueprint reading, electrical systems analysis, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Collaborate with engineering teams on complex repairs involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), hydraulics, and industrial electrician tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with team members and supporting technical sales efforts when necessary. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing facilities or industrial maintenance environments with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting, electrical diagnostics, hydraulic systems, pneumatics, and schematics reading. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance management. Technical skills in HVAC/R systems, welding ( welding if applicable), industrial electrician work, and the use of precision measuring instruments. Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics accurately; experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is highly desirable. Knowledge of low voltage systems, electrical troubleshooting techniques, and electrical maintenance practices. Strong analysis skills combined with excellent customer service orientation; ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Valid certifications or licenses related to industrial mechanic work or HVAC/R are preferred; bilingual English proficiency is required for effective communication across teams.
