Summary Description:

As a Repair Technician, you'll make sure our guests are set up with perfectly tuned equipment so they can enjoy the mountain to the fullest. From sharpening edges and waxing skis to handling complex repairs, you'll use your technical skills, product knowledge, and passion for snow sports to deliver best-in-class service and keep our guests coming back.\nWhat You'll Be Doing (Besides Planning Your Next Powder Day):\nBuild trust with guests by providing accurate information and excellent service.\nAssess when skis or snowboards need tuning or repair and recommend the best service option.\nPerform ski and snowboard tuning: sharpening, waxing, mounting, drilling, and more.\nMaintain accurate pricing and ensure promotions are up to date.\nKeep the workshop clean, organized, and operating safely.\nFollow all Christy Sports safety standards and procedures in the repair shop.\nMonitor inventory and stay on top of industry trends and technology.\nSupport teammates and pitch in with other duties as needed.\nWhat Makes You a

Fit:
