We are the #1 resource for Apple products and service in the Brevard County area for consumers and businesses. We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill an Apple Repair Technician Position at our Indian Harbour Beach You will be performing repairs on a variety of Apple products, such as iPhones and Macs including diagnostics, part replacement and configuration. You'll be responsible for the repair workflow from diagnosting the issue, contacting the customer during the process and completing the repair. Additional responsibilities also include assisting with phones, inventory control, general upkeep, assisting the sales team and other duties as assigned. It's something new and different every day and an exciting opportunity to grow and own the position. You will be required to obtain Apple Service Certification within 30 days of employment and maintain the certifications. Additional requirements will be ongoing training and other certifications.
