Duties:

• Conduct equipment repair and maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Utilize hand tools and technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software problems.
• Familiarity with iOS, Windows, and other operating systems to troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze equipment malfunctions and implement appropriate solutions.
• Proficient in soldering techniques for component-level repairs.
• Perform field service visits to address on-site repair needs.

Experience:

• Proven experience in cellphone repair.
• Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
