Job Description
A & R Diagnostic, Inc. is hiring an experienced Rational Commercial Restaurant Equipment Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hot side restaurant equipment at customer locations. What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial hot side restaurant equipment (ovens, fryers, etc.)
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) inspections and respond to emergency service calls
- Treat customers and employees with respect, courtesy, and professionalism
- Complete service calls promptly and communicate effectively with customers, owners, and dispatchers
- Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation
- Identify new customers and additional opportunities within existing accounts
- Maintain the company-provided service vehicle
- Attend training sessions to keep skills sharp What We're Looking For
- Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills
- Excellent customer communication skills
- 100% dedication to hard work, punctuality, and organization
- Good personal appearance and professionalism
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
