Argos, IN Position Overview Pro Resources is currently seeking a Manufacturing Technician - Plumbing for a growing manufacturing company in the Argos, IN area. This is a hands-on role responsible for installing and assembling plumbing systems for custom-built mobile restroom and shower trailers. This is a great opportunity for candidates with plumbing, construction, or mechanical experience who enjoy working with their hands and being part of a team building high-quality, custom products. Responsibilities Install plumbing systems including PEX, water supply lines, winterization drains, water heaters, and pumps Install and test plumbing fixtures such as sinks, faucets, toilets, vent pipes, and fresh water connections Assist with general construction and assembly of mobile restroom trailers Inspect and test systems to ensure proper functionality Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Document completed work as needed Qualifications Previous plumbing, construction, manufacturing, or mechanical experience preferred Experience working with PEX, water heaters, and pumps strongly preferred Ability to use hand tools and basic power tools Basic mechanical aptitude Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience Plumbing:

1+ year preferred

Construction or Manufacturing:
