Mechanic / Service Technician

Job Description

Role Service technician for all ROGO equipment. Maintenance of vehicles (Ford fleet of trucks), trailers and sampling robots. New equipment builds, including metal fabrication, painting, wood construction. Inform future design changes and improvements. Inventory. Assist with parts management, which may include procurement, ship/receive, physical warehouse inventory and utilizing the digital inventory system. Inform better practices and methods for completing work. Assist junior and other temporary shop employees learn better ways to do the job. Assist with facility and tool maintenance, including repairs and cleaning. Travel < 30%. Travel would be to local vendors and supporting operators in season with service calls and/or running equipment to remote locations. Role includes various tasks not defined here to keep ROGO operating. Typical shop work schedule. 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri, unpaid Lunch break. Some extra hours & Saturday work required during times of higher workload (maintenance, build) or In-Season operations service and technical support (Fall & Spring) Annual cadence: Jan -

Kubota Platform, Japanese Automotive Platforms, Tracks Ford Automotive Platforms, Diesel Engine Repairs 4.
Role- Specific Experience:
3-4 years of auto mechanic experience 2-4 years of RTV or UTV mechanical experience
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$20.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
