Job Overview We are seeking dynamic and skilled service technicians to join our service tech team and drive excellence in maintaining and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment. The service technician will be instrumental in troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and resolving issues in both residential and commercial locations. Responsibilities Repair, maintain, and service HVAC, plumbing, or electrical equipment or issues at residential or commercial sites. Help customers understand the requirements to fix issues at their locations. Be open to mentoring new generations of service technicians Effectively communicate with the dispatch team at the office, as well as fellow service technicians. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to electrical systems, high-voltage equipment, welding operations, and industrial maintenance procedures. Experience Proven experience working as a service technician in either HVAC, electrical, OR plumbing fields. Experience with ServiceTitan is a PLUS, but not required. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems quickly and develop effective solutions under pressure that can easily be presented to a customer. Reflect a safe driving record.
