Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Utilizing software to check in/out of jobs as well as uploading appropriate notes and photos
- Light plumbing repairs(faucets/drains/clogs)
- Light electrical repairs(power cords/outlets/etc) ability to trace power preferred
- Preventative maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration such as cleaning filters/coils and replacing belts
- General Handyman-Replacing lights, hanging removing fixtures, door/lock repairs, etc.
- General cleaning or restaurants and facilities
- Rotating weekend on call(about 1 weekend per month) About you Self motivated Customer first mentality Detail oriented with an aptitude for problem solving Mechanically inclined Ability to read and follow manels and diagrams A track record of successful troubleshooting to find root causes Willingness to learn and take feedback Basic understanding knowledge of Equipment(fryer/grills/refrigeration) Valid Driver License Will train the right candidate
