• Full-Time

Standard Monday-Friday:

Rotate on call We hire for character. We train for everything else. Most companies post a list of requirements and hope somebody with a pulse clears it. We're doing this differently, because we've learned that experience doesn't do the work — the person does. Here's what we actually care about: Hungry. You don't need to be told what's next. You see the hose that needs coiling, the truck that needs washing, the customer who needs a straight answer, and you handle it. You're not watching the clock. You want to get good at something and then get better. Humble. Nobody here is above any job. This is sewer and drain work — it's dirty, it's physical, and there is no version of it where you keep your hands clean and your ego intact. If you need a title to feel important, this isn't the place. If you'd rather make the crew look good than take the credit, we should talk. People smart. You're walking into someone's home on what might be the worst day their plumbing has ever had. You'll deal with panicked homeowners, skeptical property managers, and coworkers who are tired and cold. You know how to read a room, keep your cool, and treat people like people. Those three things are the job. Everything below is just paperwork. About us Midway Sewer has served Duluth, Superior, and everything around them since 1977. Over 40 years. MPCA certified, licensed, bonded, insured. We're family owned and under new ownership that's actively putting money back into the trucks, the tools, and the people. We're small enough that the owners know your name and what you did last week. The formalities You do need these — they're not optional: Valid driver's license Clean driving record You do not need experience. Zero. Got some? Great, that's a bonus and it'll show up in your pay. Don't have any? We'll teach you the trade start to finish — running the jetter, clearing lines, reading a problem before it becomes a bigger one. What the work is Running sewer and drain calls across Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin. Jetting lines, clearing clogs, camera inspections, diagnosing what's actually wrong before you fix it. In and out of the truck all day, in whatever weather Minnesota feels like handing you. Long days when it's busy. Real work. What we give you Health Insurance (majority paid) Dental insurance/ Vision insurance Paid Time Off Paid holidays Monday-Friday. 8 to 4:30 Company truck, uniform, and paid training How to apply Apply through Indeed preferred, email or just call us at (218) 628-0345. Midway Sewer is an equal opportunity employer.
