Responsibilities include proper equipment maintenance, minimizing disruption to store operations, and promptly reporting facility concerns. What you'll do: + Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards. + Perform safety and preventative maintenance checks on power washing machinery and corporate vehicles. + Evaluate cleaning areas to determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and methods for effective results. + Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate updates with facility users and management. + Maintain equipment inventory, install wear parts, and ensure proper storage of tools and vehicles. + Support seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to uphold safe facility conditions. + Collaborate with teams to meet operational priorities and implement facility improvements.
