About Us Heritage Home Services is a local property maintenance service with locations in Clemson, SC and Asheville, NC. We provide a wide range of repair and remodeling services to property owners and managers throughout Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina. Services include window & door repairs, carpentry services, deck repair, cabinet installation, apartment renovation, and other general maintenance repairs. Plumbing and electrical experience not required. Position Summary We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to gain experience in the property maintenance industry. Experience is preferred but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate for the role. Responsibilities Complete basic home repairs and maintenance requests Assist with window/door repairs and replacements Assist with small remodeling projects Safely operate hand and power tools Keep work areas clean and organized Load, unload, and transport tools and materials Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality craftsmanship Communicate professionally with clients and residents Follow company safety procedures Qualifications Required Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to stand for long periods Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Basic knowledge of common hand and power tools Preferred (Not Required) Experience with carpentry or home repairs Window or door installation/repair experience Maintenance or construction background Customer service experience What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented Professional and respectful around homeowners and tenants Eager to learn new skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay On-the-job training Small-business environment Opportunities for advancement Flexible scheduling Holiday Bonus Schedule [Monday-Friday] [8am - 4pm] We look forward to hearing from you.
