Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of electronic equipment and systems including but not limited to: devices including phones, computers, gaming systems, and accessories. Build desktops and gaming systems. . Your expertise will ensure that all electronic devices operate efficiently and reliably, supporting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Utilize diagnostic tools and electrical diagnostics techniques to identify faults in electronic equipment and systems. Perform electrical troubleshooting on AC/DC electrical systems, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective repair solutions. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to guide repairs and maintenance procedures. Conduct electronic equipment testing to verify proper functionality after repairs or adjustments. Use hand tools, soldering equipment, and electrical soldering techniques to repair or replace components on circuit boards and assemblies. Apply engineering troubleshooting methods to resolve complex electronic system issues efficiently. Provide field service support by diagnosing problems on-site, performing repairs, and ensuring minimal downtime for customers. Deliver outstanding, personalized service that turns customers into loyal advocates Operations & Efficiency Maintain organized workspaces and proper documentation of repairs Communicate repair processes, timelines, and costs clearly and honestly Go above and beyond to create awesome experiences that exceed expectations Resolve issues with professionalism and a focus on long-term relationships Excellent time management skills are a must and able to work alone. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician or electronics repair technician with a strong background in electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams is essential. Hands-on experience with electronic equipment testing, soldering, and using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters. Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, electronic systems troubleshooting, and electrical equipment repair is required. Familiarity with computer hardware components related to electronic devices is a plus. Ability to perform maintenance tasks accurately while adhering to safety standards in both workshop and field environments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients and team members alike. $19.00 - $29.83 per hour
