Jaeger Overhead Door is actively seeking a Full-Time Garage Door Helper to work in our Union NJ location. The successful candidate will be fully trained to install and/or repair garage doors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation of new garage doors and openers, and repair existing ones Support the installer with various tasks, such as: cleaning, organizing, and preparing materials and equipment Ability to self-start and work independently At all times, maintain a positive, professional approach when relating to customers and co-workers Perform other duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

No Experience needed - will train the right person Good Mechanical Skills and the ability to safely operate power tools Some knowledge of tools Valid driver's license, with minimal to no infractions High School diploma or GED required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Neat appearance and a good attitude Ability to adhere to scheduling and attendance requirements Ability to interface with individuals with diverse backgrounds at varying levels of the organization

Physical Demands/Abilities:

Ability to perform heavy lifting as required Measuring areas, objects, openings, etc. Bending, reaching, and lifting

Pay:

Commensurate with experience Expected hours: 40 - 45 hours a week No Nights Weekends as needed
