As a Conserva Technician, you'll diagnose challenging irrigation problems, work with industry-leading equipment, build long-term customer relationships, and help customers improve the reliability and efficiency of their irrigation systems. You'll work independently, receive ongoing technical training, and have opportunities to earn performance bonuses while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work on both residential and commercial irrigation systems using today's leading smart controller and water conservation technologies. Benefits & Compensation $22.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience Performance bonus opportunities Paid vacation Benefits for qualified employees Company vehicle with industry-leading tools and technology Company phone and/or field tablet Career advancement opportunities Conserva University training Company support for CIT, CLIA, and other Irrigation Association certifications Positive team environment focused on quality and professionalism Technician ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Utilize our proprietary SES® Inspection process to evaluate irrigation systems Communicate professionally with homeowners and property managers Educate customers on system operation and repair recommendations Recommend repairs and system upgrades that improve reliability, efficiency, and water conservation Leave every property cleaner than you found it Technical Responsibilities Diagnose residential and commercial irrigation system issues Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic problems Locate valve boxes and diagnose wiring faults Repair wiring, valves, sprinkler heads, lateral lines, and mainline leaks Install and service drip irrigation systems Program, troubleshoot, and upgrade irrigation controllers Install smart controllers, rain sensors, and flow sensors Adjust sprinkler coverage and improve system efficiency Perform seasonal start-ups and winterizations Conduct irrigation efficiency inspections and performance audits Documentation & Equipment Complete digital work orders accurately Document repairs with photos Maintain truck inventory and company equipment Why Technicians Enjoy Working Here We do repairs right the first time.
