Independent Contractor Key Responsibilities:
Computer expertise required Repair, maintain, and service mobile devices Disassemble, fix, and reassemble units Provide exceptional customer service Manage appointments and work schedules Ensure a memorable customer experience Safely arrive at client locations within appointment windows
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Personal/professional experience with smartphone, iPad, computer or laptop screen replacement Strong troubleshooting and mechanical abilities Current driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle Background check and drug test required Authorization to work in the US Excellent interpersonal and customer service skill
