We use patented saw-cutting technology to remove concrete trip hazards for apartments, municipalities, universities, HOAs, hospitals, and commercial properties — saving communities 70-80% compared to traditional sidewalk replacement. Our work keeps public walkways safe and ADA-compliant across the country. The Role We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Sidewalk Repair Technician to join our Portland metro area team. No prior concrete experience is required — we provide full, paid training on our proprietary equipment and process. This is hands-on outdoor work where you'll see the direct impact of your effort every day. What You'll Do Surveying — Travel to job sites to survey sidewalk trip hazards. Measure, document, and identify cuts using our proprietary bid technology.. Concrete Cutting — Operate portable generators and our patented cutting equipment to precisely remove trip hazards from sidewalks and walkways.. Reporting — Submit daily reports on job site progress and status to the operations manager.. Equipment Maintenance — Perform weekly maintenance on all cutting equipment, ensure trucks are loaded and ready, and report supply needs.. Training — Participate in ongoing training to stay current on processes. As you gain experience, help train new team members.. What We're Looking For At least 18 years old. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in outdoor conditions. Comfortable working with power tools and mechanical equipment. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to travel locally throughout Oregon, but mostly in Portland Metro Area (occasional overnight travel may be required). Must be clean shaven (required for proper respirator fit and safety compliance). Must be able to pass a drug screening. Why Join Us?
