THIS IS A SENIOR-LEVEL SERVICE ROLE

This role is for an experienced roofing professional who specializes in service, repair, and warranty work — not production installs and not entry-level labor. This is a long-term role for an experienced technician, not a stepping-stone position. If you've worked in a roofing service or warranty department and take pride in diagnosing and fixing problems the right way, this position is designed for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Diagnose roof leaks across shingle, metal, and low-slope systems Perform manufacturer and workmanship warranty repairs EPDM repairs including seams, flashing, penetrations, and tie-ins Chimney, skylight, vent, pipe boot, and flashing repairs Water testing and verification of completed repairs Clearly document findings with photos and notes Work independently and efficiently without micromanagement Provide input on repair methods — experienced technicians are listened to

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This position is intentionally structured for a seasoned repair technician. 5+ years roofing experience (repair or service preferred) Strong leak-diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Comfortable with EPDM and low-slope roofing systems Experience handling service calls or warranty punch-lists Detail-oriented with pride in craftsmanship Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
