East Hempfield Township is accepting applications for a Full-time Public Works Maintenance position. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully repair, upgrade and maintain roads, parks, grounds, and facilities; and operate light, medium, and heavy equipment, including snow removal vehicles. They will possess a combination of education, experience, and physical abilities necessary to perform these work-related duties. A valid PA driver's license is required. A current Class B or higher CDL and prior verifiable large equipment operator experience are required. Prior verifiable roadwork and snow plowing experience are preferred. Work will include on- call hours during inclement weather. East Hempfield Township provides a competitive wage, generous benefits package, pension, and uniforms.
