Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics and parts replacements on different ATV and UTV models.

Common repairs include:

fuel pumps, carburetors, clutches, batteries, axles ect. This is a mobile mechanic business that is based out of Blanco Tx. You could be dispatched anywhere within 75 miles for services to our customers. Company vehicle provided. Some specialty tools and equipment provided but your own tools will be needed. You have the ability to set the days/hours you want to accept jobs so if you have schooling, kids, a part time job, ect we may be flexible. Responsibilities Perform maintenance on ATV/UTVs systems, including oil and filter changes, air filters, fluid top offs, spark plugs ect. Diagnose various issues and replace and repair parts as needed. Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs. Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures to clients. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure timely completion of service requests and parts ordering as needed. Adhere to all safety protocols while handling tools and equipment. Assist with heavy lifting of parts and components as required. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively. Experience in a professional setting on ATV/UTV repairs and maintenance is highly preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Proficiency in soldering and assembling vehicle components is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during repairs and maintenance tasks. A valid driver's license is required and reliable vehicle is required Supply your own basic set of tools with opportunity for specialty tool to be provided as needed. Cell phone with data is required for job tracking and calendar applications.
