Bradley Equipment Sales and Rental is looking for an experienced Aggregate Equipment Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a technician with a strong background in servicing and maintaining aggregate machinery such as crushers, screens, conveyors, and other heavy equipment used in mining, construction, and aggregate processing. If you're passionate about working on challenging equipment and ensuring that machines are operating at their best, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on aggregate processing equipment, including crushers, screens, conveyors, and feeders. Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on all types of aggregate machinery. Troubleshoot and identify problems in aggregate equipment and use diagnostic tools to determine the most effective repair solutions. Ensure that equipment is running efficiently and safely to prevent downtime and optimize performance. Maintain accurate service records, including details on repairs, inspections, and parts used. Collaborate with customers to discuss issues, offer advice on repairs, and provide updates on job status. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations. Keep up to date with industry trends, equipment advancements, and service techniques.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in heavy equipment or aggregate machinery preferred. Proven experience as a service technician or mechanic, with experience specifically in servicing aggregate equipment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in aggregate machinery. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Understanding of safety standards and regulations in the aggregate industry. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; CDL is a plus.
