Holiday Testing & Repair Technician (Entry Level)

Rosharon, TX Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per Hour Launch Your Career in the FBE Coating Industry We are seeking a motivated and dependable Holiday Testing & Repair Technician to join our Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating facility in Rosharon, Texas . This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in developing a long-term career in the industrial coatings industry. Minimal experience is required. Onsite training will be provided. Primary Responsibilities Perform holiday testing on coated pipes to identify coating discontinuities and defects. Complete patch repairs and touch-ups on coating defects in accordance with company procedures and quality standards. Inspect coated products to ensure compliance with customer and industry specifications. Document inspection results and repair activities accurately. Assist with outbound quality control processes and final product inspections. Support material handling, staging, and movement of coated pipe as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements. Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product integrity. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Prefer minimum of 6 months coating or inspection experience. Willingness to learn technical inspection and repair processes. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
