Valid Driver's License The Opportunity You will execute high-end residential glass and custom shower door installations with unmatched precision. This role empowers you to showcase your craftsman-level skill and creative problem-solving on every job site. You will deliver the superior fit and finish that separates our work from the competition. How You Will Make an Impact Execute precise installations of custom residential glass, mirrors, and shower enclosures. Apply flawless caulking lines and finishes to ensure complete seal and elite aesthetic quality. Analyze site conditions proactively to anticipate installation challenges and adjust techniques seamlessly. Problem-solve complex field obstacles creatively to maintain project momentum and safety. Maintain clean and organized job sites while representing our high standards of craftsmanship. Operate company vehicles safely during local operations and regional travel. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 years of hands-on glazier or custom shower door installation experience. Master-level caulking skills with extreme attention to aesthetic detail and clean finishes. Proven ability to think critically, anticipate workflow steps, and solve structural job-site challenges. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Willingness to travel up to 20% of working hours outside a 30-mile radius. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Advanced experience with custom, frameless glass shower enclosures and heavy mirror work. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with specialized glass handling tools. Strong team player Attention to detail, time management, and timeliness on projects Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay rate of $29.00 to $36.00 based on experience. 401(k) retirement savings program with generous employer matching.
