We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Technician and Repair/ Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of devices, including PCs, Macs/MacBooks, and cell phones. The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience with attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair desktop and laptop computers, including both Windows PCs and Apple Macs/MacBooks Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues on Windows and macOS Install, configure, and update operating systems, software applications, and peripherals Perform data backup, transfer, and recovery services Upgrade components such as RAM, SSDs, batteries, and other hardware Handle cell phone repairs, including iPhone and Android devices (screen replacements, battery replacements, charging ports, etc.) — preferred but not required Keep accurate records of repairs, inventory, and customer service requests Communicate repair findings, recommendations, and progress updates to customers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer repair Strong hands-on experience repairing both Mac and PC computers Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems and troubleshooting techniques Experience diagnosing hardware and software issues Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure Strong communication Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Preferred Qualifications Experience with iPhone or general cell phone repair is a strong plus Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Apple certification are a bonus Experience with data recovery and virus removal Soldering or microsoldering experience is a plus Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement Employee discounts Flexible schedule (if applicable)
