Company-paid hotel accommodations while traveling Job Summary We are looking for two reliable and experienced Traveling Service Technicians to join our team supporting manufactured homes. This position is based out of Lancaster, Wisconsin, with frequent travel to service locations, primarily throughout Minnesota. The Service Technician will travel to different locations to perform repairs, adjustments, maintenance, and general service work on manufactured homes. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, using hand and power tools, troubleshooting construction-related issues, and traveling regularly. The company will provide a work truck and the necessary tools and equipment for the position. Responsibilities Travel to customer/service locations to complete scheduled service and repair work on manufactured homes. Perform general construction repairs and warranty/service work as needed. Troubleshoot and correct issues involving trim, doors, windows, cabinets, drywall, flooring, siding, roofing, caulking, and other components of the home. Perform general punch-list and final-finish work. Safely operate company-provided vehicles, tools, and equipment. Maintain the company vehicle, tools, and materials in good working condition. Communicate professionally with customers, factory personnel, supervisors, and other team members. Document completed service work and report any additional repairs or materials required. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Travel and stay overnight as required by the service schedule. Schedule & Travel This is a full-time traveling position. Employees will typically report to the Lancaster, WI factory on Monday and then travel to their first scheduled service appointment. Most service work will be performed in Minnesota and surrounding areas. Overnight travel is required. Hotel accommodations are paid by the company whenever employees are working out of town. Requirements Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability and willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight. Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide required employment documentation. Previous experience in residential construction, manufactured homes, mobile homes, remodeling, maintenance, handyman work, or construction service/repair is strongly preferred. Experience using hand and power tools. Ability to troubleshoot problems and complete repairs with minimal supervision. Dependable, responsible, and comfortable working independently. Good communication and customer service skills. Spanish-speaking/bilingual candidates are a plus. Compensation & Benefits $65,000

•70,000 annually , depending on experience. Compensation may be structured at approximately $30/hour or around $1,500 per week , depending on experience and final employment arrangement. Company-provided work truck. Company-provided tools and equipment. Company-paid hotel accommodations while traveling. Full-time, long-term opportunity. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on construction professional who is comfortable handling different types of residential repairs and service calls. Someone with experience in manufactured housing, residential construction, remodeling, maintenance, or multi-trade repair work would be an excellent fit. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel, driving a company vehicle, working independently, and representing the company professionally at customer locations.

Pay:

$65,000.00
