The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various technical skills related to HVAC systems, appliance repair, and general maintenance. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely. Duties

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in HVAC systems and appliances.
• Perform repairs on air conditioning units, boilers, and other mechanical equipment.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical components and ensure proper functionality.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and operational procedures.
• Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Document all service activities accurately for record-keeping purposes. Skills
• Proficient in welding techniques for equipment repairs.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various types of machinery.
• Experience with HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Familiarity with using an ohmmeter for testing electrical circuits.
• Background in appliance repair with a focus on troubleshooting common issues.
• Ability to read and understand schematics for effective problem-solving.
• Knowledge of air conditioning systems and their components is highly desirable.
