Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Job Description The team is replacing legacy ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter) gateways across ambulatory locations. The goal is to swap devices, validate phone and fax functionality, and ensure sites remain operational with minimal downtime. Unlike the Voice Engineer role, this is a hands-on field support position focused on device replacement rather than engineering or migration design. Travel to ambulatory locations throughout assigned territory Pick up equipment from designated staging facilities Replace legacy ATA gateways (181/192 devices) Install replacement hardware Test phone functionality Make inbound and outbound calls Test fax transmission and receipt Troubleshoot devices that fail to register or come online Validate all equipment is functioning before leaving the site Update deployment documentation and completion status Unlike the engineering team, these resources are not heavily involved in change control and can move through deployments quickly during standard business hours.
