Responsibilities Twisted pair copper (adsl and vdsl) and fiber installations Provision and monitor Internet/IPTV/VOIP services Travel in company vehicles for service calls/on site projects Work with coax/fiber tools and equipment Communicate procedures, policies, and other information to customers Work with support to resolve customer issues Experience/Skills/Requirements Entry Level High school diploma/GED required Willing to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime Valid driver's license; good driving record Knowledge of mechanical and consumer devices Willing to work in varying heights, close spaces, and weather conditions Preferred Skills Knowledge/experience on processes leading up to actual installation process to turn up customers media services. Basic understanding of IT concepts and fundamentals/experience preferred Knowledge/experience with installation equipment Knowledge/experience with drop plow and/or trencher Broadband technician: 1 year (Preferred) Voice, data, coax: 1 year (Preferred) Schedule Full-time position, 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities Shifts range from Monday•Saturday between the hours of 8:00 AM•7:00

PM Compensation & Benefits Pay:
