By applying technical expertise, troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused approach, you'll deliver reliable home technology solutions while maintaining organized tools, equipment, and inventory throughout each workday.

structure based on completed work orders Paid two-week training program combining classroom instruction and hands-on field experience at $18/hour Company-provided take-home vehicle with fuel included Tools, equipment, and safety gear provided from your first day Opportunities for advancement into leadership and management positions Responsibilities Install, configure, and troubleshoot residential internet access points, smart home devices, and connected home technologies Route and secure wiring throughout customer homes in a clean, safe, and professional manner Test equipment and system performance to ensure all installations meet company quality standards Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive experience during every service appointment Qualifications Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to 36 feet Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 60-80 lbs Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Willingness to attend required training in Clayton, OH during Weeks 1 and 3 (hotel accommodations provided for eligible technicians based on travel distance) About MasTec Advanced Technologies MasTec Advanced Technologies is a leading nationwide provider of satellite TV, broadband, smart home, and connected home installation services.
