D&A Conservation Inc. is a small energy efficiency company looking for an individual who is punctual, a fast learner, has good time management skills, and doesn't mind a little dirt. The following list is a list of requirements needing to be met to qualify.

• must be 18+ years of age
• can pass a background check (findings can be discussed)
• can work in attics and crawl spaces for extended periods of time
• can pass a drug test
• plus, but not required:
• BPI certification
• knowledge about regular power tools and how to use them A brief description of work duties would include
• going into all areas of customer homes and preforming air and/or duct sealing measures
• servicing and repairing ductwork in attic or crawlspace
• sealing air penetrations in the home to prevent air loss
• installing insulation in attic space D&A Conservation Inc.

subcontracts to major power companies to provide energy efficiency measures to customers in their areas. We are looking for someone to work out of the El Dorado, Arkansas area but will be covering the lower half of the state. We interact with multiple customers daily and are in and out of multiple homes providing the services they qualify for. We are looking for an individual who is willing to learn the trade and we offer many opportunities for advancement in the career field. Health benefits are offered after a 90 day probationary period. Pay is $16

• 18/ hour starting, depending on skill level, with opportunities for a raise after probationary period and intervals throughout employment.
