Responsibilities Operate machinery to install underground fiber optic cables and telecommunications infrastructure. Perform outdoor work including digging, burying cables, and maintaining existing network pathways according to safety standards. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation plans to accurately execute cabling projects. Maintain detailed records of work performed, including installation logs, test results, and safety inspections. Qualifications Proven experience in field service roles involving heavy equipment operation and outdoor work environments. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and electrical diagrams accurately. Strong understanding of the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) standards for outdoor utility work. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, cable pulling techniques, and low voltage electrical systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on engineering troubleshooting support for fiber optic networks. Valid driver's license Prior outdoor work experience in telecommunications or utility services is highly desirable. Must pass background check

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
