Field Coordinator / Technician -
Raymond, OH Pay:
37.05 - 37.93 Field Technician & Coordinator is responsible for customer support, field deployments, technical troubleshooting, equipment management, and vehicle maintenance. This role combines hands-on mechanical work with project coordination and customer interaction, supporting testing activities both in the field and at customer locations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and lead customer visits, installations, and removal of monitoring equipment. Serve as the primary customer contact during field activities. Plan travel, logistics, and documentation for field operations. Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and calibrate monitoring and test equipment. Perform vehicle maintenance, teardowns, and reassembly of test units. Operate test vehicles safely in controlled and customer environments. Maintain equipment inventory, storage, and asset tracking. Document technical issues, customer concerns, and field activities through detailed reports. Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work environment. Required Skills & Experience Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in powersports, automotive repair, wiring, or diagnostics. Excellent documentation, organization, and planning skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a team. Passion for powersports vehicles (ATV, SxS, Dirt Bikes); riding/repair experience preferred. Ability to follow procedures, troubleshoot problems, and ask questions when needed. Capable of operating company vehicles and transporting test units. Willingness to travel up to 40-50% and work occasional weekends to support customer needs.
