Assemble new golf carts and LSVs from the ground up on a stage style assembly line. Duties Assemble golf carts and LSVs according to detailed specifications and work instructions Use hand tools and power tools to perform precise assembly tasks Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move parts and finished products Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure compliance with standards Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues during assembly as needed Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Loads and unloads materials from delivery trucks onto warehouse. Prepare and stock parts as needed in work space. Installs parts in specified relationship to each other. Verifies completion of structure/stage. Applies latest OSHA codes, industry standards, and company policies in daily work. Manages assigned tools and diagnostic equipment. Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment (as needed) Forklift and hand truck operation (as needed) Basic vehicle operation skills. Teamwork is required. Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Knowledge of automotive, small engine, and automotive electrical a plus! Must have high school education and/or minimum 6 months related experience or training in manufacturing or warehouse operations. Work Environment /

BC Co. does offer a heated and air-conditioned assembly warehouse. Must wear close toe shoes. Always wear pants, no shorts or open toe shoes allowed. Company shirts will be provided. Break room with full kitchen on site. The noise level of the work environment is usually moderate.
