Motorcycle Technician - High-Performance Dirt Bikes (on the job training provided)

Our clients include pro-level riders, race teams, and amateurs in the Supercross and Motocross industries. Beyond high-performance work, we also offer general service and modifications for dirt bike enthusiasts.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a mechanically inclined Motorcycle Technician to join our team for this hourly position. Whether you're an experienced engine builder or have solid mechanical skills and a willingness to learn, this is an opportunity to grow your expertise in high-performance motorcycle maintenance and racing technology. We offer on-the-job training to help you enhance your abilities and build a rewarding career in the high-performance motorcycle industry. Under general supervision, the Motorcycle Technician will perform technical service, equipment maintenance, and engine builds for a range of clients. Key Responsibilities:
Tear down, inspect, and clean race and practice motors. Build, rebuild, and maintain 4-stroke engines (training available for less experienced candidates). Diagnose, repair, and perform general maintenance on all major motorcycle brands. Perform routine service and modifications for public and professional clients. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper care of tools and equipment.
What We're Looking For:
Required Skills:
Mechanical knowledge (cars, bikes, power equipment, etc.). Ability to diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Self-motivated and able to take initiative. Preferred Skills (We Will Train): Engine building or rebuilding experience, especially on modern 4-stroke models. Familiarity with Motocross or Supercross motorcycles and performance parts. Knowledge of the motorcycle industry, including technologies and performance issues.
