Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and energetic Motorcycle Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of motorcycles and powersports vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that every vehicle leaves our shop in optimal condition, providing customers with safe, reliable, and high-performance rides. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics on motorcycle engines, electrical systems, suspension, brakes, and other mechanical components using advanced diagnostic tools. Repair and replace engine parts, electrical wiring, suspension components, brakes, and other mechanical systems to manufacturer specifications. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire replacements, brake inspections, and assembly of new vehicles or parts. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and other specialized equipment to complete repairs efficiently. Troubleshoot basic vehicle issues through mechanical knowledge and automotive diagnostics to identify root causes accurately. Assist customers by explaining repair procedures, providing maintenance recommendations, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the process. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety standards during all repair activities. Requirements Proven dealership experience or service technician experience in the powersports or automotive industry is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge of motorcycle operation and repair processes including engine system repair and all-terrain vehicle (ATV), (UTV) repairs. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and automotive diagnostics for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues. Hands-on experience with motorcycle repair, suspension systems, brake repair, and heavy lifting is essential. Ability to perform basic vehicle troubleshooting quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills paired with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. All-terrain vehicle repair and PWC experience is a plus; valid mechanic certification or relevant technical training is advantageous. Join us in delivering top-tier motorcycle maintenance services!
