Position Overview:

This hybrid role is designed for someone who is mechanically inclined and also interested in advancing into store leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

As a

Technician:

Diagnose and repair electric golf carts and UTV's Perform maintenance tasks including battery checks, tire replacements, wiring, and other mechanical work Install accessories and custom upgrades (lift kits, lights, sound systems, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized shop and retail area Support day-to-day store operations and customer service Assist with sales, quoting custom builds, and processing transactions Learn inventory management and ordering parts/supplies Maintain consistent logs for repairs on carts Manage Rental Fleet Uphold a high standard of service and professionalism Work directly with customers in store to help with their needs

Assistant Store Manager:

Role will be responsible for day to day service department and cover all aspects of Store when Owner is out.

Qualifications:

Must have strong Automotive repair or Golf Cart repair experience Mechanical aptitude or prior technician experience required Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Valid driver's license with clean driving history preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a hands-on, shop/retail environment
