We're looking to add a Mechanic to our service team to help keep our customers on the water. The Role We're looking for an Entry Level Mechanic to join our team, working primarily on outboard motors, as well as our electric golf carts. You don't need to already know boats inside and out, we will train you on that. What matters most is that you've got solid basic mechanical skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn the trade. We provide hands-on, on-the-job training to build your outboard and electric vehicle skills. This is a fast-paced shop, so we need someone who can keep up, stay focused, and work efficiently without cutting corners. Be part of a growing company with the ability to handle some autonomy. What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance and service on outboard motors (oil changes, water pump/impeller replacement, lower unit service, tune-ups, etc.) Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues on outboards Service and repair electric golf carts and LSVs, including batteries, electrical systems, and drivetrains Assemble boat trailers Keep up with a busy shop schedule and turn jobs around efficiently Keep accurate service records and communicate clearly with the team What We're Looking For Basic mechanical aptitude (auto, small engine, diesel, outboard, electric vehicle, or similar background welcome) Strong work ethic — shows up on time, works hard, takes pride in the job Eagerness to learn new systems and techniques Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Nice to have (not required): Prior outboard motor, marine, automotive, small engine, or electric golf cart/LSV repair experience What We Offer Starting at $20/hr, based on experience Hands-on, on-the-job training and factory training, both online and in-person Room to grow — we promote from within as skills develop Full time work How to Apply Call
