Raycon offers a multitude of services, include pre-construction and design built structures, guiding our customers to the most efficient and economic solutions to their projects. Specialties include post tension, CIP decks, multi-level podiums, Filigree deck systems, Cobiax deck systems, and many other applications. Raycon is 100% employee owned Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair small gasoline and diesel engines. Perform routine preventative maintenance on vehicle fleet, including oil changes, filter replacements, spark plugs, belts, and other service items. Repair and maintain construction equipment, generators, pumps, pressure washers, compact equipment, and other small-engine-powered tools. Identify mechanical, electrical, and fuel-system problems and determine appropriate repairs. Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble engines and related components. Maintain accurate records of equipment repairs, maintenance, and parts used. Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper and safe operation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate equipment issues and repair recommendations to supervisors and equipment operators. Assist with maintaining an organized inventory of tools, replacement parts, and supplies. Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturer service recommendations. Qualifications Previous experience repairing small engines, construction equipment, or similar mechanical equipment preferred. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to use common hand and power tools. Basic understanding of fuel, ignition, electrical, and mechanical systems. Ability to read and follow service manuals and equipment specifications. Valid driver's license preferred. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple repair jobs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move equipment and parts as needed. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods. Ability to work in a shop and outdoor construction environment. Ability to safely operate and work around construction equipment.
