Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and service outdoor power equipment Perform engine diagnostics, tune-ups, carburetor repairs, and electrical troubleshooting Repair zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, generators, compact tractors, and snow equipment Complete warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines Accurately document repairs and inspection findings Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Communicate repair needs with the Service Advisor and Parts Department Equipment You'll Work On Zero Turn Mowers Commercial Lawn Mowers Chainsaws String Trimmers Leaf Blowers Hedge Trimmers Compact Tractors Snow Plows & Spreaders Generators Pressure Washers Qualifications Previous small engine repair experience is

REQUIRED

Experience with Toro, Exmark, STIHL, ECHO, Cub Cadet, Bad Boy, Mahindra, Kawasaki, Kohler, Briggs & Stratton, Honda, or Kawasaki EFI systems is preferred Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills Ability to read service manuals and wiring diagrams Own a basic set of professional hand tools Valid driver's license Ability to lift 75+ lbs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
