Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform a wide range of marine repairs, which could include diagnostics, complex repairs, and electrical work. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution. Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy inspections in service to our guests Maintain a safe and productive working environment Maintain professionalism Keep shop in clean, working order Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Job Requirements:

2+ years as a Marine Shop Technician or similar role. Extensive knowledge of marine systems, engines, and components. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the marine industry. Positive attitude Desire to serve others Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes Technical certification or relevant degree in marine mechanics is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds Be able to work with tools on boats lifted above your head Work in tight spaces as dictated by the boats needed repair Have the needed dexterity to efficiently use hand tools Walk/stand for most of the workday Company Information Minnesota Inboard Water Sports is a family-owned business established in 1992 that specializes in Malibu and Axis brand boats.
