Monday-Friday Join the Ochs Powersports Team! Ochs Powersports is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Light Duty Mechanic to join our growing team. This position focuses on assembling new powersports vehicles, installing customer accessories, and preparing units for delivery. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality workmanship, and like seeing a project come together from start to finish, we'd love to meet you. Whether you have experience working on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, lawn equipment, automotive repair, or other mechanical equipment, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Assemble new powersports vehicles according to manufacturer specifications Install customer accessories and aftermarket parts Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues Perform routine maintenance and service work Ensure every unit is clean, safe, and ready for customer delivery Keep accurate records of completed work Maintain a clean and organized shop Assist with inventory organization and shop projects as needed We're Looking For Someone Who Has strong mechanical aptitude Enjoys working with tools and solving problems Takes pride in producing high-quality work Is dependable and punctual Can work independently as well as with a team Has attention to detail Maintains a positive attitude and willingness to learn QualificationsRequired Valid driver's license Basic mechanical knowledge Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, and work with hand tools throughout the day Preferred Experience with powersports vehicles Automotive or small engine repair experience Electrical troubleshooting experience Welding or fabrication experience Experience installing accessories or aftermarket equipment Why Work at Ochs Powersports?
