Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Golf Cart Mechanic and become a vital part of maintaining and repairing our fleet of electric and gas-powered golf carts. In this energetic role, you will utilize your mechanical expertise to ensure each vehicle operates smoothly, safely, and reliably for our customers. Your hands-on skills and passion for vehicle maintenance will help deliver exceptional service and keep our operations running seamlessly. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of mechanical systems, use advanced diagnostic tools, and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on golf carts, including electrical, engine, suspension, brake systems, and mechanical components Use diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment to identify issues accurately and efficiently Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire replacements, brake repairs, and assembly of new units Troubleshoot basic vehicle problems using mechanical knowledge and specialized tools Repair or replace parts using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering techniques, and other mechanical systems repair methods Maintain detailed service records for each vehicle, documenting repairs performed and parts replaced Assist with the assembly of new golf carts and perform heavy lifting when handling parts or components Qualifications Proven dealership experience or service technician background with a focus on small engines or powersports vehicles Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive engine system repair and diagnostics Proficiency in electrical diagnostics and the use of diagnostic tools for troubleshooting complex systems Hands-on experience with all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), motorcycles, or similar power sports equipment is highly desirable Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering techniques, and suspension repairs Ability to perform basic vehicle troubleshooting including brake repair and assembly tasks Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and customers Physical ability to lift heavy parts regularly and perform manual labor throughout the workday Join us as a Golf Cart Mechanic where your expertise will directly impact the quality of service we provide.
