We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Boat Lift Installer to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining boat lifts and related waterfront equipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors, around water, and with heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Install boat lifts, PWC lifts, docks, and waterfront systems according to specifications and safety standards Perform repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance on existing boat lifts and PWC lifts Operate power tools, hand tools, and machinery safely and efficiently Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment to job sites Work on or near water, including from boats or docks Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with lift systems Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Communicate with team members and customers professionally on-site
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred Experience in construction, marine services, or mechanical work is a plus Ability to swim and work comfortably around water Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in outdoor conditions Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus, if applicable) Basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus Must have basic hand tools
Working Conditions:
Outdoor work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain) Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, and working on docks or boats Exposure to water environments and marine equipment
Schedule:
Full-time, with possible overtime Occasional weekend work depending on demand
