Job Description

Marine Service Technician — Career Opportunity / Training Provided Skills employees can learn: yacht detailing, ceramic coatings, bottom painting, synthetic marine flooring such as Permateek, new-boat preparation and other specialized marine services. We're not looking for someone who just wants another job. We're looking for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade and build a career in the marine industry.

About Us:

We are a growing marine service company specializing in yacht detailing, ceramic coatings, bottom painting, and weekly wash programs. We service high-end vessels and pride ourselves on quality, professionalism, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Wash and detail boats and yachts (interior & exterior) Waxing, polishing, and oxidation removal Bottom painting and prep work Apply ceramic coatings (training provided) Maintain tools and equipment Work safely around docks and marinas Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail Qualifications Marine or auto detailing experience preferred (not required - we will train) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in heat and humidity Able to lift 50+ lbs Valid driver's license Positive attitude and team player What We Offer Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Performance bonuses Growth opportunities (crew lead / supervisor roles) Consistent, year-round work Training and skill development If you take pride in your work and want to grow with a professional marine company, apply today!
