Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire Technician, where your expertise will keep vehicles safe, reliable, and performing at their best. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining tires on a variety of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service and mechanical proficiency. Your hands-on skills and automotive knowledge will drive the success of our service department while providing a rewarding experience for both you and our valued customers. Responsibilities Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires on passenger cars and light trucks with precision and care. Conduct wheel alignments to optimize vehicle handling and tire longevity. Perform minor mechanical repairs such as brake inspections, fluid replacements, oil changes, and other routine maintenance tasks. Use hand tools and power tools safely to remove and install tires, wheels, and related components. Diagnose automotive issues using diagnostic tools to identify tire-related problems or mechanical faults. Assist customers by explaining services performed, recommending additional maintenance or repairs, and ensuring a positive service experience. Lift heavy tires and equipment safely to prevent injury while maintaining efficiency during busy periods. Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred. Hands-on mechanic experience with standard passenger vehicles is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge including automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement, alignment, and minor repairs. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment. Experience in automotive service tasks such as oil changes, tire service, brake inspections, and vehicle maintenance. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of dealership operations or service technician experience is a plus. Pay:
From $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
