WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform precision wheel alignments on Mercedes-Benz and multi-brand vehicles using current alignment equipment

Hunter or equivalent
to OEM specifications Mount, balance, and install tires accurately and efficiently
supporting the store's tire package program and guest retention goals Inspect suspension, steering, and related components during the alignment process
identifying wear, damage, or safety concerns and communicating findings to service advisors Perform pre
and post-alignment road tests to confirm vehicle tracking, handling, and safety Support the service department's competitive tire and alignment package program
accurate, efficient work directly enables the store to offer pricing that keeps guests coming back Document all work performed accurately on repair orders

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of wheel alignment and tire experience

dealership, independent shop, or tire center backgrounds all welcome Proficiency with computerized alignment equipment
Hunter alignment systems or equivalent strongly preferred Mercedes-Benz or European vehicle experience a plus
not required. Alignment fundamentals transfer across brands and we'll support your MBZ familiarity from day one Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
alignment work directly affects vehicle safety and guest confidence Able to work efficiently under the pace of a busy service department without sacrificing precision Physically capable of performing the demands of the role throughout the shift Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
