POSITION SUMMARY

The Tire Technician is responsible for maintaining our culture that all Oakley employees live to create trust and confidence by consistently delivering on our promises to all we serve. The Tire Technician serves to follow the Oakley Service standards. The Tire Technician performs the daily tire maintenance of tires in the tire shop. Reports back to the tire shop manager and Lead Tire Technician.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Support the food safety and quality requirements by through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner to ensure compliance with company, customer and FDA requirements. Report quality and food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action to the Director of Quality. Perform routine tire maintenance on class 8 vehicle tires. This includes changing tires, checking tire pressure, and monitoring the wear on tires. Participates in and takes on-call rotation. Ensure work area is kept clean. Proficient in

AS400. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Must be dependable, reliable, and adhere to daily schedule. Any other job duties as defined. Must be willing to be cross trained as needed.
