$18-$21/hour Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide maintenance, repair, and service support while delivering exceptional customer service. The ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is essential to assist a diverse customer base and ensure clear communication regarding services and recommendations. Key Responsibilities Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs according to company standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment or vehicle issues. Communicate service recommendations and findings to customers in English and Spanish. Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Assist customers with questions and provide professional service solutions. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work orders. Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Previous service technician or related experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties.
